Today I would like to explain just how much the roasting process affects, the coffee we consume on a daily basis. I sincerely hope you find this article enjoyable , interesting, and informative. I am going to attempt to explain the 4 major roasting processes and what it does and doesn't do to the world's second most popularly traded commodity.
